Multicultural Women’s Leadership Conference – April 2009
Join 400 of the top women and multicultural leaders at a two-day conference to identify issues and develop solutions to help create a national pipeline of women leaders. In California all multicultural communities (minorities) combined have now become the new majority of the population. By 2024, the Census Bureau predicts the rest of our country will mirror California’s demographics. Women are also the majority of the population today across the country. Help us to create a plan to ensure that women and multicultural communities become the new majority in decision making roles in corporations, government and media to ensure that our issues and concerned are being addressed for our families, communities and nation.
